We are excited to offer Fall Rec ball this year for our 6U, 8U, 10U, and 12U divisions, starting in early September and running through mid-November. 

Due to field space (soccer leagues get priority in the fall) and limited coaching volunteers, we will be having one team at each division that will play against teams from neighboring cities. This means that there is only one option for your practice day - please see below to check your player's division practice day/time, as well as likely game schedules. If the fall schedule for your division doesn't work for your player, we hope to see you in the spring when we have more flexibility with schedules!

Please aim to complete registration by August 31, although we will keep registration open as long as there is space on the teams if you have friends or neighbors who want to join later.

 

Information about each division this fall:

6U: 

- practice Mondays from 6-7pm at Callahan Field (at Crittenden Middle School) 

- games will be a mix of Sunday and Friday evenings. Games will be at a mix of Stevenson field, Callahan field, or Cubberley field in Palo Alto  

 

8U: 

- practice Wednesdays from 5:30-7 at Callahan Field (at Crittenden Middle School) 

- games will be Sunday (with a few on Friday evenings) at Stevenson Field in Mountain View, Cubberley in Palo Alto, and possibly other nearby cities 

 

10U: 

- practice Thursdays from 5:30-7pm at Callahan Field (at Crittenden Middle School) 

- games will be on Sundays, both in Mountain View and neighboring cities and neighboring cities in the South Bay area

 

12U: 

- UPDATE August 29: Unfortunately there was not enough player interest for our league to be able to form a 12U team this fall.

Beginner Pitching Clinics:

 - We'll be offering a weekly pitching clinic (Saturday mornings) for players in 8U or 10U who would like to improve their pitching skills. You can sign up your player by filling out this interest form.

- We would love some older players to help out with teaching our young pitchers. If you know of a high schooler or older middle schooler who would enjoy sharing her hard-earned knowledge and skills with younger girls (and earn money or volunteer hours in the process), please let us know.
 
**MVLAGS aims to support anyone who wants to play softball independent of ability to pay.
We offer not only an equipment lending program but partial and full scholarships for your player. We do not require any special forms or documentation for scholarships or equipment. You simply need to ask for them by emailing leadplayeragent@mvlags.org.​
